茶叶加工装备智能管控技术对于解决茶叶产业发展中所遇到的一系列困境和挑战具有重要意义.文章综述了茶叶初制及精制生产线上智能管控技术的最新研究进展,涵盖了绿茶、红茶、黑茶和多功能生产线的智能化进展,具体探讨了智能萎凋设备、智能杀青机、智能揉捻机和智能烘干机等关键茶叶加工设备的研究进展,同时介绍了数字化拼配技术、智能除杂设备和风选设备在茶叶精制过程中的创新应用,以期为后续茶叶加工装备智能管控技术的研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
The intelligent control technology of tea processing equipments is of great significance for a series of diffi-culties and challenges in the development of the tea industry.The article summarized the latest research progress in intelligent control technology of primary and refining tea processing lines,covering the intelligent progress of green tea,black tea,dark tea,and multifunctional production lines.Specifically,it included the progress of key technolo-gies such as intelligent withering equipments,intelligent fixation machines,intelligent rolling machines,and intelli-gent drying machines.At the same time,it introduced some innovative applications of digital blending technology,intelligent impurity removal equipments,and wind selection equipments in the tea refining process,so as to provide references for the subsequent research on intelligent control technology for tea processing equipments.
