闽东地区茶旅融合复合型人才培养路径探索——以高职院校为例

摘要
立足于闽东地区唯一一所高职院校——宁德职业技术学院,开展茶、旅、教育等专业的跨专业创新创业人才培养模式探索,从竞赛培养机制、课程体系建构方面思考双创人才筛选和茶旅人才孵化对策,探讨培养具有茶旅跨界融合发展理念的复合型人才的路径,以期促进闽东茶文化旅游产业发展,助推闽东乡村振兴.
Abstract
Based on the attempt to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship into the vocational skills competition of college students in Ningde Vocational and Technical College,the only higher vocational college in eastern Fujian,this paper explored the training mode of interdisciplinary innovative and entrepreneurial talents in tea,tourism and education,and discussed the cultivation of compound rural revitalization grassroots talents with the concept of cross-border in-tegration of tea and tourism from the aspects of team formation,training content and teaching staff.Through the training of talents in higher vocational colleges,we can serve the practice of rural revitalization education in order to promote the development of tea culture tourism industry in the eastern Fujian.
