Determination of Indoor Virulence of 10 Chemical Fungicides against Tea Anthracnose(Colletotrichum camelliae)
The high efficient chemical fungicides against tea anthracnose(Colletotrichum camelliae)were screened to provide a reference and basis for the control of tea anthracnose caused by this pathogen in the field. The susceptibility of the pathogen to 10 chemical fungicides was determined by colony diameter method.Comprehensive analysis of the experimental data reflects that the inhibition rates of 75%chlorothalonil and 50%thiophanate-methyl reached 100%at a concentration of 5 μg/mL.At 50 μg/mL,the inhibition rates of 10%phenyl ether metronidazole and 250 g/L propiconazole reached 92.88%and 100%respectively.The inhibition effects of 250 g/L pyraclostrobin,40%cypro-conazole,80%diclofenac sodium,250 g/L pyrimethamine,25 g/L fumonisin and 80%diclofenac sodium gradually weakened. The inhibition rates of 10 chemical fungicides were also analyzed and the toxicity regression equations, correlation coefficients and EC50 values were calculated respectively. It was found that 75%chlorothalonil,250 g/L propiconazole,50%thiophanatemethyl and 10%phenyl ether metronidazole have strong toxicity against tea anthracnose.
