Research on the Protection and Inheritance of Yao People's Oil Tea Custom as Intangible Cultural Heritage
Yao people's oil tea custom is a kind of geographical tea custom in the Yao ethnic settlements of the Nan-ling Corridor.It is an important part of the daily diet of the Yao people in Guangxi,integrating traditional Yao cul-ture and rituals to form a complete set of tea regulations and customs.Tea-Drinking Practices(Oil Tea of the Yao Ethnic Group)as a part of"Traditional Tea Processing Techniques and Associated Social Practices in China",were included in the UNESCO's representative list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.This article took the Yao people's oil tea custom as the research object,introduced its origin,development,craftsmanship and customs,as well as how to protect and inherit intangible cultural heritage tea customs in the present.
