Research Progress and Prospect of Pesticide Residue Analysis in Tea Garden Soil
Pesticides can effectively control diseases and insects in tea gardens and regulate the growth of tea plants, and the soil of tea gardens is the"storage"and"distribution"center of pesticides.Whether applied directly to the tea plants or to the weeds in tea gardens, pesticides eventually reach the soil and are subsequently absorbed by the tea plants, resulting in the contamination of residual pesticides in the tea. Therefore, the analysis of pesticide residues in tea garden soil can fundamentally explore the pesticide pollution in tea.In this paper, the extraction, purification and detection methods of various pesticides in soil in recent years were reviewed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different soil pesticide detection methods,we found that QuEChERS combined with UPLC-MS/MS has become the most reliable detection method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of pesticide residues in soil samples, which provided technical support for ensuring the ecological health of tea garden soil and the quality and safety of tea.
