Developing local specialties,continuously developing and strengthening the characteristic industrial economy are the key and basis for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Based on the competition situation,market prospect and consumption basis of jasmine tea in China,the paper summarized the development status of the four major jasmine tea producing areas in China.Furthermore,taking Qianwei jasmine tea as an example,the measures and achievements of its industrial development were condensed,and three problems were analyzed:insufficient resource mining and utilization,unclear core competitive advantages,and lack of organic integration of the industry in response to changes in market environment and consumer demand.Finally,in accordance with the new requirements of the de-velopment connotation of"local specialties",the paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Qianwei jasmine tea from three dimensions:innovative development,highlighting characteristics and integration of production chain,in order to provide references for cultivating the county characteristic industry.
