摘要

《浙江白茶加工技术规程》(T/CTSS 70-2023)团体标准于2023年11月8日发布,并于2024年2月1日实施.文章介绍了该标准的制订背景,详细解读了术语、鲜叶原料要求、加工技术等主要内容,分析了标准的实用性特点,并展望了标准的实施前景.

Abstract

The group standard'Zhejiang White Tea Processing Technical Regulations'(T/CTSS 70-2023)was is-sued on November 8,2023,and implemented on February 1,2024.In this article the standard background was intro-duced,and the main contents such as terminology,fresh leaf requirements and processing technology were interpret-ed in detail.Besides,we analyzed the practical characteristics of this standard and gave a forecast of its prospects.
