自2014年缙云县启动缙云烧饼品牌建设以来,缙云烧饼的年产值和品牌价值均得到了巨大提升.平阳黄汤是平阳县规模较大、产值较高的农产品.对标缙云烧饼品牌建设成功经验,分析平阳黄汤发展过程中存在的文化、规模、销售、资金投入等方面的不足,总结出深挖文化、丰富品类、拓宽渠道、增加扶持四大启示,以期为促进平阳黄汤产业发展提供借鉴.
Analysis of Pingyang Huangtang Industry and its Development Ideas——Taking Jinyun Shaobing Brand Constrution as an Example
Since Jinyun county started the brand construction of Jinyun Shaobing in 2014,the annual output value and brand value of Jinyun Shaobing have been greatly improved.Pingyang Huangtang is an agricultural product with large scale and high output value in Pingyang county.Based on the successful experience of Jinyun Shaobing,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of culture,scale,sales and capital investment in the development of Pingyang Huangtang,and summarized four enlightenments such as digging deep culture,enriching categories,broadening channels and increasing support,in order to provide reference for promoting the development of Pingyang Huangtang industry.
