摘要
茶产业是桐庐县重点打造的四大主导农业产业之一,在全县农业经济中占极其重要的地位.近年来,桐庐县实施茶文化、茶产业、茶科技统筹发展战略,茶叶全产业链得到快速发展,但也存在茶产业结构不完善、管理不到位、发展环境保障乏力、产业链不完整等问题,据此文章提出打造全链融合的产业体系、构建品牌强茶的管理体系、创优迭代发展的环境体系、优化优质名茶的培育体系四大举措,以期实现桐庐县茶产业转型升级、迭代发展.
Abstract
Tea industry is one of the four leading agricultural industries in Tonglu county,which plays an extremely important role in the agricultural economy of the county.In recent years,Tonglu county has implemented the strate-gy of overall development of tea culture,tea industry and tea technology,and the whole tea industry chain has devel-oped rapidly,but there are also problems such as imperfect tea industry structure,inadequate management,weak de-velopment environment guarantee,and incomplete industrial chain.Based on this,the paper put forward four major measures to build a whole-chain integrated industrial system,build a management system for strong brand tea,create an environment system for iterative development,and optimize the cultivation system of high-quality famous tea,so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry and its iterative development in Tonglu county.
