摘要

江头贡茶是耒阳市乡村振兴特色优势产业,是兼具经济社会效益和文化属性的历史传承产业.文章概述了"三茶统筹"发展理念在江头贡茶产业的践行情况,分析了产业现存问题,并相应提出江头贡茶未来的发展方向和对策,以期为湖南省县域茶产业振兴发展提供参考.

Abstract

Jiangtou Gongcha is a characteristic and advantageous industry of rural revitalization in Leiyang city.It is a historical inheritance industry with both economic and social benefits and cultural attributes.This paper summa-rized the practice of tea culture,tea industry and tea technology in Jiangtou Gongcha industry,analyzed the existing problems in the industry,and put forward the future development direction and countermeasures of Jiangtou Gongcha accordingly.This paper provided reference for the revitalization and development of county tea industry in Hunan.
