Practice Research on the Development of Jiangtou Gongcha from the Perspective of Overall Development of Tea Culture,Tea Industry and Tea Technology
Jiangtou Gongcha is a characteristic and advantageous industry of rural revitalization in Leiyang city.It is a historical inheritance industry with both economic and social benefits and cultural attributes.This paper summa-rized the practice of tea culture,tea industry and tea technology in Jiangtou Gongcha industry,analyzed the existing problems in the industry,and put forward the future development direction and countermeasures of Jiangtou Gongcha accordingly.This paper provided reference for the revitalization and development of county tea industry in Hunan.
