由于肉种鸡较强的采食能力,生产过程中需要通过限制饲喂控制其体重,以防增重过快导致生长期生殖系统发育不平衡和后期脂肪积累导致繁殖性能快速下降.该文主要从动物营养与饲料加工和肉种鸡生产饲喂程序方面对肉种鸡生产过程中的能量摄入限制进行综述,其中动物营养方向主要是降低单位重量饲料中营养物质含量尤其是代谢能水平,饲料加工方向主要是颗粒料的使用保障各种营养物质均衡摄入,肉种鸡生产饲喂程序方向主要是改变肉种鸡日常饲喂模式和周饲喂总量.在种母鸡产蛋过程中,综合鸡群产蛋率与每天每只鸡饲喂量来执行能量限饲,以充分发挥种鸡产蛋性能和繁殖性能.
Energy Restriction in Broiler Breeders Production Process
Due to broiler breeders'strong feed intake ability,it was necessary to control its body weight through restricted feeding dur-ing the production process to prevent excessive weight gain from leading to imbalanced reproductive system development during growth period and rapid decline in reproductive performance due to fat accumulation in later stages.This article mainly reviewed the energy re-striction in the production process of broiler breeders from the perspectives of animal nutrition and feed processing,as well as the feed-ing mode and routine.The main direction of animal nutrition was to reduce the concentration of nutrient content of feed,especially metabolic energy level.The main direction of feed processing was to use pellet feed to ensure balanced various nutrients intake.The main direction for feeding routine of broiler breeders was to change daily feeding mode and total feeding amount per week.During laying process of breeding hens,energy restriction was implemented based on the comprehensive egg production rate and daily feeding amount of each chicken,in order to fully utilize the egg production and reproductive performance of the broiler breeders.
