摘要
该文总结了2023 年我国蛋鸡产业发展形势,并就 2024年我国蛋鸡产业发展作出了展望,阐述了蛋鸡种源、鸡蛋产量、鸡蛋价格、蛋鸡养殖效益以及蛋品贸易的年度变化,指出需要加强关注禽流感疫情、资本进入产业、产业提质增效、高品质鸡蛋需求增长、鸡蛋线上销售等问题,做好应对措施,以加快推进蛋鸡产业高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper summarized the development of China's layer industry in 2023 and provided projections for its progress in 2024,including annual changes in the sources of layer breeds,egg production,egg prices,the economic efficiency of layer poultry farming,and the trade of egg products.It highlighted key issues such as avian influenza epidemics,capital influx into the industry,improving industrial quality and efficiency,increasing demand for high-quality eggs,and the growth of online egg sales that require intensified focus.Emphasized the necessity of preparing effective response strategies to expedite the high-quality development of the layer industry.
