微生物除臭剂对育肥羊场除臭效果的研究

Study on Deodorizing Effect of Microbial Deodorant on Fattening Sheep Farm

为探究微生物除臭剂的除臭效果,选取 306只健康的育肥期羊,随机分为 3 组,试验一组、试验二组微生物除臭剂分别稀释 30、50倍,对照组不喷洒任何试剂,并测定育肥羊场中的有害气体浓度、苍蝇数量及羊群的健康状态等.结果表明:育肥羊舍内不同位置的氨气和硫化氢浓度呈现水沟上方>石板架>围栏>过道的规律性.相较于对照组,试验一组和二组水沟、石板架、围栏、过道氨气和硫化氢浓度均显著降低(P<0.05);相较于试验一组,试验二组各位置氨气和硫化氢浓度均显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验一组和试验二组苍蝇数量显著下降(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验一组和试验二组羊只发病率和死亡率降低.可见,微生物除臭剂稀释 30 倍可以降低氨气和硫化氢有害气体浓度,杀灭蚊蝇,降低疾病发生率和死亡率,效果较好.
To explore the deodorizing effect of microbial deodorant,306 healthy fattening sheep were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups.The microbial deodorant of test group 1 and test group 2 was diluted 30 and 50 times respectively,and the control group was not sprayed with any reagent.The concentration of harmful gas,the number of flies,and the health status of sheep in fattening sheep farms were determined.The results showed that the concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide at different positions in the fatten-ing sheep house showed the regularity of above the ditch>slate>fence>aisle.Compared with the control group,the concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the ditches,slate frames,fences,and aisles of experimental groups 1 and 2 were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the first group,the concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in each position of the second group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of flies in the experimental group 1 and the experimen-tal group 2 decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence and mortality of the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 were reduced.It can be seen that the microbial deodorant diluted 30 times can reduce the concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide harmful gases,kill mosquitoes and flies,and reduce the incidence of disease and mortality.
