为了解掌握禽流感最新致病机理研究进程及检测技术研究成果,该文对 2020-2023 年国内外禽流感基因芯片检测技术、多重实时RT-PCR检测技术等病原学检测技术和竞争性酶联免疫吸附法、阻断ELISA抗体检测方法、胶体金检测方法等血清学检测方法以及对最新的禽流感致病机制机理进行了综述,旨在为快速准确诊断禽流感疫病,预警预报,有效防控禽流感疫情的发生提供可靠方法.
Research Progress on Detection Methods and Pathogenesis of Avian Influenza
In order to understand and master the latest research progress of pathogenic mechanism and detection technology of avian in-fluenza,this paper reviewed the pathogenic detection technologies such as avian influenza gene chip detection technology,multiple re-al-time RT-PCR detection technology,competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,blocking ELISA antibody detection method,colloidal gold detection method and other serological detection methods at home and abroad from 2020 to 2023,as well as the latest pathogenic mechanism of avian influenza,in order to provide a reliable method for rapid and accurate diagnosis of avian influenza epi-demic,early warning and prediction,and effective prevention and control of avian influenza epidemic.
