该研究旨在通过全基因组关联分析挖掘内蒙古阿尔巴斯白绒山羊早期生长性状的重要变异位点及候选基因,为该品种的遗传改良提供重要的分子标记.基于山羊70kSNP芯片对2299只内蒙古阿尔巴斯白绒山羊个体进行基因分型,对表型、环境效应以及个体基因型建立混合线性模型开展GWAS研究.结果显示,在全基因组上共检测出24个与绒山羊早期生长性状显著相关的SNP位点,定位到31个候选基因,其中与初生重、断奶重、断奶前日增重和周岁重显著相关的候选基因分别有6、11、12和2个.GO功能和KEGG通路分析结果表明,这些候选基因中最显著的生物学过程为分子功能的钙依赖性磷脂酶A2活性、通路为α-亚麻酸代谢通路和亚油酸代谢通路.可见,通过全基因组关联分析可筛选到阿尔巴斯白绒山羊早期生长性状的重要候选基因,根据筛选的重要基因可有目标的对阿尔巴斯白绒山羊早期生长性状进行选育.
Genome-wide Association Analysis of Early Growth Traits in Inner Mongolia Albas White Cashmere Goats
The aim of this study was to explore the important variation sites and candidate genes of early growth traits in Inner Mongolia Alba's white cashmere goats through genome-wide association analysis and to provide important molecular markers for the genetic improvement of this breed.Based on the goat 70 k SNP chip,2299 individuals of Inner Mongolia Albas White Cashmere Goat were genotyped,and a mixed linear model was established for GW AS research on phenotype,environmental effects,and individual genotypes.The results showed that a total of 24 SNP loci significantly associated with early growth traits of cashmere goats were detected on the whole genome,and 31 candidate genes were mapped.Among them,there were 6,11,12,and 2 candidate genes significantly associated with birth weight,weaning weight,daily gain before weaning,and yearling weight,respectively.The results of GO function and KEGG pathway analysis showed that the most significant biological process of these candidate genes was the calcium-dependent phospholipase A2 activity of molecular function,and the pathways were the α-linolenic acid metabolism pathway and linoleic acid metabolism pathway.It can be seen that the important candidate genes of early growth traits of Alba's white cashmere goats can be screened by genome-wide association analysis.According to the important genes screened by the sun,the early growth traits of Alba's white cashmere goats can be targeted for breeding.
