山羊无角性状研究进展
Research Progress of Hornless Traits in Goats

摘要
无角性状是现代山羊养殖中的热点研究问题,在饲养过程中无角山羊个体具有不易打斗便于管理等优点.因此,在现代规模化养殖过程中,无角个体相比于有角个体更受欢迎.该文介绍了山羊的无角性状研究进展,比较了无角山羊与有角山羊的生产性能,从简单孟德尔遗传定义、个体表型特征以及与间性性状的关系概述了无角性状的遗传规律,通过对无角性状的遗传定位以及候选基因进行描述来为无角性状遗传机理研究提供参考依据,并指出了无角性状存在的问题以及对无角性状进行早期鉴定的方法,以期为无角山羊的育种提供参考.
Abstract
Hornless trait is a hot research issue in modem goat breeding,and hornless goat individuals have the advantages of not easy to fight and easy to manage in the rearing process.Therefore,hornless individuals are more popular than horned individuals in modem large-scale breeding.The paper introduces the research progress of hornless traits in goats,compares the production perfor-mance of hornless goats with that of horned goats,and outlines the inheritance law of hornless traits from the simple Mendelian def-inition of inheritance,individual phenotypic characteristics,and the relationship with intersex traits,the genetic locus and candidate genes for the hornless trait were described to provide a reference for the mechanism of hornless trait inheritance study.Problems of hornless traits and methods of early identification of hornless traits were pointed out,aiming to provide a reference for the breeding of hornless goats.
