摘要
山东省是全国养羊大省,羊存栏量、出栏量及羊肉产量连续多年位列全国前五、农区前二.该文系统分析了山东省羊产业的发展现状,全面总结了山东省羊产业在品种资源、饲草料生产和产业化发展等方面存在的优势特点,指出了山东省羊产业在现有品种利用、规模化生产技术配套、疫病防治和应对市场挑战等方面存在的问题,并对各个问题提出了针对性的对策和建议,以期为羊产业的健康、稳定和可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
Shandong Province is a major sheep and goat raising province in China,the number of sheep and goats in stock,slaughter and meat production have ranked among the top five in China and the top two in agricultural areas for many years.This paper sys-tematically analyzes the development status of the sheep and goats industry in Shandong Province,comprehensively summarizes the advantages and characteristics of the sheep and goats industry in Shandong Province in terms of breed resources,forage production and industrialization development,and points out the problems existing in the sheep and goats industry in Shandong Province in terms of the utilization of existing breeds,large-scale production technology,disease prevention and control,and response to market challenges.Targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for each problem,in order to provide reference for the health,stability and sustainable development of the sheep and goats industry.
