摘要
肉牛养殖是汉中市农村经济的重要产业,是农民增产增收与脱贫致富的现实路径,促进肉牛养殖高质量发展,是汉中市当前和今后畜牧业发展的重点工作.为摸清肉羊养殖现状,该文通过调研汉中市157个肉牛养殖户,分析发现当前汉中市肉牛养殖存在肉牛规模化、标准化、集约化水平不高;优质肉牛良种品种缺乏、人工授精技术推广力度不够;秸秆饲料综合利用率低、青贮饲料原料较少;动物疫病防控意识不强;政府对发展肉牛产业支持力度不够等问题.为此,该文提出要加快肉牛标准化、规模化、集约化养殖,完善肉牛良种繁育体系,加大优质牧草推广,同时,要强化动物卫生监督,突出产业发展重点、争取财政资金扶持,增强产业发展后劲,以实现产业发展精准调控.
Abstract
Beef cattle farming is an important pillar industry of the rural economy in Hanzhong City,is to promote the farmers to in-crease production and income and poverty alleviation and the reality of the path to prosperity,to enhance the high-quality develop-ment of beef cattle farming is the current and future development of animal husbandry in Hanzhong City,is the focus of the develop-ment of animal husbandry.In order to find out the current situation of the development of meat sheep farming,analyse the problems of the development of beef cattle industry,so as to regulate the development of the industry more accurately.This paper is based on 157 research samples,statistical analysis that the current beef cattle farming in Hanzhong City,there are beef cattle scale,standardisation,intensive level is not high;the lack of high-quality beef cattle breed varieties,artificial insemination technology is not enough to pro-mote;silage raw materials are fewer,the processing system is not sound;the awareness of prevention and control of animal diseases is not strong;the focus of the industry is not focused on the development of the government to develop the beef cattle industry insufficient support for the development of the beef cattle industry and other issues.In this regard,this article proposes it is necessary to accelerate the standardisation of beef cattle,large-scale,intensive breeding,improve the breeding system of beef cattle,increase the promotion of high-quality pasture,at the same time,the government should strengthen the supervision of animal health,highlighting the focus of industrial development,and strive for financial support,to enhance the strength of industrial development.
