南京地区肉鸽养殖业标准化建设的应用现状

摘要
近年来南京地区肉鸽产业随着农业现代化的建设迎来快速发展,现代化养殖技术的推广及应用使得肉鸽养殖规模和产量有了很大的提升,这也对肉鸽产业标准化建设提出了更为严苛的要求.该文主要以江苏翠谷鸽业标准化体系建设为借鉴,就南京地区肉鸽养殖业标准化建设中的发现的问题进行分析和讨论,在标准化体系构建、人才队伍建设、基础设施保障和养殖场管理监督等方面提出改进措施.
Abstract
In recent years,the meat pigeon industry in Nanjing has ushered in rapid development with the construction of agricultural modernization.The promotion and application of modern breeding technology has greatly improved the scale and yield of meat pi-geon breeding,which also puts forward more stringent requirements for the standardization construction of meat pigeon industry.This paper mainly takes the standardization system construction of Jiangsu Cui Valley pigeon industry as a reference,analyzes and discusses the problems found in the standardization construction of meat pigeon breeding industry in Nanjing,and puts forward im-provement measures in the construction of standardization system,the construction of talent team,the guarantee of infrastructure and the management and supervision of farms.
