Isolation,Identification and Drug Susceptibility Analysis of Gut Microbiota in Buteo Hemilasius
In order to enrich understanding of Buteo hemilasius, and to provide data support for the protection of Buteo hemilasius from the perspective of intestinal microbes,we isolated and cultured fecal bacteria from 11 Buteo hemilasius, extracted DNA,sequenced 16S rRNA,and tested bacterial resistance. The results showed that 14 strains belonging to 2 phyla were identified by 16S rRNA gene, among which the dominant bacteria of Firmicutes was Bacillus pacificus, and the dominant bacteria of Proteobacteria was Escherichia fergusonii. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that 10 strains were resistant to 2-11 antibiotics.Among them,Enterococcus faecalis,Pantoea agglomerans,Pantoea allii and Pantoea brenneri can tolerate most antibiotics.Ewingella americana,Pantoea anthophila,Shigella flexneri and Shigella sonnei could tolerate fewer types of antibiotics. In terms of antibiotic inhibition of bacteria, ofloxacin, polymyxin B,ertapenem, ampicillin, trimethoprim and doxycycline were able to inhibit 6-9 strains isolated in this study. However, nystatin and lincomycin showed no inhibitory effect on all the 10 strains isolated.Drug-resistant bacteria in Buteo hemilasius may be caused by preying on prey containing antibiotic resistance genes or resistant bacteria, and bacterial resistance in Buteo hemilasius may be caused by horizontal transfer of drug-resistant genes.
