Analysis on the Current Situation of Beef Cattle Slaughtering Management in Kaili City,Guizhou Province
This paper introduces the current situation of beef cattle slaughtering management in Kaili city from three aspects,which were the serious shortage of cattle supply,the slaughter mode and the insufficient supervision of beef cattle slaughtering enterprises in Kaili city.In the light of the problems existing in the industry,this paper provided advice such as standardize the management of livestock trading market,transform and upgrade slaughtering enterprises and strengthen supervision over slaughtering enterprises,in order to optimize and improve the management of beef cattle slaughtering in Kaili city.
