摘要
为了解河南省猪伪狂犬病野毒感染情况,持续推进猪伪狂犬病净化工作,河南省动物疫病预防控制中心按照监测方案开展检测,并对2020-2022年数据对比分析,共采集猪血清样品34506份,采集病原学样品10589份,采用ELISA方法检测猪伪狂犬gpI(gE)血清感染抗体,采用荧光PCR方法检测病原学样品,并对检测结果进行统计分析.结果显示:2020-2022年,河南省猪PRV gE抗体的平均个体阳性率分别为20.30％、15.76％、11.01％,平均场群阳性率分别为52.77％、35.35％、27.80％.2020-2022年,种猪场、商品代场、屠宰场平均个体阳性率分别为10.62％、20.10％、16.79％,平均场群阳性率分别为31.72％、45.27％、33.19％.2020-2022年平均个体阳性率和平均场群阳性率由高到低依次为豫中、豫东、豫西、豫南和豫北,平均个体阳性率最高的为22.56％,最低为13.12％,平均场群阳性最高的52.4％,最低为31.4％.2020-2022年平均个体阳性率和场群阳性率均依次降低.可见,河南省猪伪狂犬病野毒感染抗体和病源学阳性率均逐年降低,净化效果明显.
Abstract
To understand the situation of pig pseudorabies virus infection in Henan Province and continue to promote the purification of pig pseudorabies,the Henan Provincial Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control conducted testing through the monitoring program,and compared and analyzed the data from 2020 to 2022.A total of 34506 pig serum samples and 10,589 pathogenic samples were collected.ELISA method was used to detect the infection antibody of porcine Pseudorabies gpI(gE)serum.Fluorescent PCR was used to detect the etiological samples,and the detection results were statistically analyzed.The results showed as follows:From 2020 to 2022,the average individual positive rate of PRV gE antibody in pigs in Henan Province was 20.30％,15.76％,11.01％,and the average field positive rate was 52.77％,35.35％,27.80％,respectively.From 2020 to 2022,the average individual positive rate of breeding farms,commodity farms,and slaughterhouses was 10.62％,20.10％,and 16.79％,respectively,and the average positive rate of farm groups was 31.72％,45.27％,and 33.19％,respectively.From 2020 to 2022,the average individual positive rate and the average field positive rate were in central Henan,Eastern Henan,Western Henan,Southern Henan,and Northern Henan in order from high to low.The highest individual positive rate was 22.56％,the lowest was 13.12％,the highest positive rate was 52.4％and the lowest positive rate was 31.4％.From 2020 to 2022,the average individual positive rate and the field positive rate decreased successively.It can be seen that the positive rate of antibodies and etiology of swine pseudorabies virus infection in Henan province decreased year by year,and the purification effect was obvious.
