驴FBXL蛋白家族的氨基酸特征分析

FBXL蛋白家族的重要性在于其作为E3泛素连接酶的关键组分,在调控细胞周期、蛋白降解、信号传导等关键生物过程中发挥核心作用,对维持生物体的正常生理功能和健康状态至关重要.该研究通过梳理FBXL蛋白家族18个成员,搜集驴FBXL蛋白家族序列,寻找已知的结构域,分析蛋白质的理化性质、酶解位点、初级结构和三级结构,预测蛋白质的翻译后修饰,为探讨FBXL家族参与的泛素化蛋白降解途径及其在动物繁殖和发育中的生物学功能提供理论基础.通过分析发现:FBXL3、FBXL13、FBXL21 等蛋白都与节律钟基因有关,因此,可以进一步对这些基因展开研究,其很有可能影响驴的繁殖周期调控.
Amino Acid Characterization of Donkey FBXL Family Proteins
The importance of the FBXL protein family lies in that as a key component of E3 ubiquitin ligase,it plays a central role in the regulation of cell cycle,protein degradation,signal transduction and other key biological processes,and is essential for main-taining the normal physiological function and health of organisms.In this study,18 members of the FBXL protein family were combed,the sequences of donkey FBXL protein family were collected,known domains were searched,the physicochemical proper-ties,enzymatic hydrolysis sites,primary structure and tertiary structure of proteins were analyzed,and post-translational modifica-tions of proteins were predicted.To provide a theoretical basis for exploring the degradation pathway of ubiquitination protein in-volved in FBXL family and its biological functions in animal reproduction and development.Through analysis,it was found that FBXL3,FBXL13,FBXL21 and other proteins were related to circadian clock genes.Therefore,these genes can be further studied,which is likely to affect the reproductive cycle regulation of donkeys.
