转录组测序技术在牦牛特性研究中的应用

随着组学技术的不断发展,转录组测序技术广泛应用于各种研究,在牦牛特性研究中也得到了应用.该文主要综述了近几年利用转录组测序技术对牦牛繁殖、高原适应性以及牦牛其他特性上的应用的国内外研究进展,发现了许多与特性相关的关键基因及信号通路,例如与牦牛杂交雄性不育相关的关键基因Gfra1、CD9、Fas、cas-pase3等主要集中于精原细胞分化、精子发生、细胞凋亡等过程,与牦牛高原适应性相关的基因ARNT、NFATC2、ATP7A、DIAPH1等主要参与长链脂肪酸代谢和蛋白质加工、低氧调控、脂肪酸氧化和脂质分解代谢等过程,这些研究为进一步开发利用牦牛提供了研究思路和理论基础.
Application of Transcriptome Sequencing Technology in the Study of Yak Characteristics
With the continuous development of omics technology,transcriptome sequencing technology has been widely applied in various studies,and has also been applied in the study of yak characteristics.This paper reviews the progress of domestic and inter-national research onreproductive traits of yaks,plateau adaptation and other characteristics using transcriptome sequencing technol-ogy in recent years.Many key genes and signaling pathways related to characteristics have been discovered,such as Gfra1,CD9,Fas,caspase3,which are mainly involved in spermatogonial differentiation,spermatogenesis,cell apoptosis,and other processes re-lated to yak hybrid male infertility.Genes ARNT,NFA TC2,A TP7A,DIAPH1,which are related to yak high-altitude adaptation,are mainly involved in long-chain fatty acid metabolism and protein processing,low oxygen regulation,fatty acid oxidation,and lipid breakdown metabolism.These studies provide research ideas and theoretical basis for further development and utilization of yaks.
