摘要

目前,国内肉牛产业发展迅猛,亟需提升养殖效能与肉牛品质.体细胞核移植技术(Somatic cell nuclear transfer,SCNT)作为先进繁殖生物技术,在推动肉牛遗传育种发展上起到了关键作用.该文详细分析了 SCNT原理及在国内外肉牛育种上的应用研究现状,探讨其研究进展与提升遗传品质的显著优势.同时,分析了 SCNT面临的操作低效、胚胎存活率低及重构胚胎发育异常等挑战,这些限制了 SCNT技术在肉牛育种的广泛应用.展望未来,需不断改进SCNT技术,提升克隆效率与存活率,并探索与基因编辑等新兴技术融合,加快肉牛遗传育种工作进展.

Abstract

At present,the domestic beef cattle industry is developing rapidly,and it is urgent to improve the breeding efficiency and beef cattle quality.Somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT),as an advanced reproductive biotechnology,plays a key role in promoting the development of beef cattle genetics and breeding.In this paper,the principle of SCNT and its application in beef cattle breeding at home and abroad were analyzed in detail,and its progress and significant advantages in improving genetic quality were dis-cussed.At the same time,the challenges of low operation efficiency,low embryo survival rate and abnormal development of recon-structed embryos faced by SCNT were analyzed,which limited the wide application of SCNT technology in beef cattle breeding.Looking forward to the future,it is necessary to continuously improve SCNT technology,improve cloning efficiency and survival rate,and explore the integration with emerging technologies such as gene editing to accelerate the progress of beef cattle genetic breeding.
