摘要
为深入了解琅琊鸡的养殖现状及存在的问题,提高优质家禽资源的保种效率、保种场及养殖场经济效益,该文对琅琊鸡的养殖现状展开调研,针对琅琊鸡的品种特性、保种现状、养殖技术、产品加工及销售、社会认可情况等做一了解,发现了现阶段存在琅琊鸡育种与繁育体系不健全、缺乏饲养标准、缺乏科技成果的转化与应用的问题,同时存在技术推广、疾病防控及琅琊鸡蛋肉产品开发不足的问题,提出了加强遗传资源保护、制定饲养标准、促进产学研合作等建议.
Abstract
In order to deeply understand the current situation and existing problems of Langya chicken breeding,improve the seed preservation efficiency of high-quality poultry resources,seed preservation farms and economic benefits of breeding farms,we con-ducted a survey on the current situation of Langya chicken breeding,and made an understanding of the variety characteristics,seed preservation status,breeding technology,product processing and sales,and social recognition of Langya chicken.It was found that the breeding and breeding system of Langya chicken was not perfect at the present stage.There was a lack of breeding standards,transfor-mation and application of scientific and technological achievements,and there were also problems in technology promotion,disease prevention and control and insufficient development of Langya egg and meat products.Suggestions were put forward to strengthen the protection of genetic resources,formulate breeding standards,and promote the cooperation between industry,university and research.
