Based on the realistic basis of high-quality development of beef cattle industry,this paper expounds the details of the de-velopment of Xinjiang beef cattle industry from variety resources,regional layout,experience and practice,and existing problems,and puts forward four ways to achieve high-quality development of Xinjiang beef cattle industry:attaching great importance to the development of beef cattle industry,strengthening the status of beef cattle industry;Optimize the industrial regional layout,and quickly improve the production capacity of advantageous producing areas.Strengthen the support of beef cattle seed industry to en-hance the competitiveness of Xinjiang seed industry.To promote the highly integrated development of industries and create a local smart cattle valley in Xinjiang.
