Progress Review on Land Science Research in 2023 and Prospects for 2024:The Sub-report on Land Economy
The purposes of this study are to summarize and compare the research progress and focuses of domestic and international literature on land economy and to explore the research avenue in the future.The method of literature review is employed.The research results show that domestic research focused on the impact of policies on land prices,the spatial-temporal dynamics of urban land supply structure and strategy,land finance,the progress and effect of the marketization reform of collective-owned construction land,the influencing factors and results of agricultural land transfer,tripartite entitlement system and rural residential land redevelopment in 2023.International research focused on the impact of land protection measures and environmental protection policies on land prices,the welfare effect of land market,the gender inequality of land property rights and the fairness of land expropriation system.It is concluded that the depth and breadth of land economic research has been expanded in 2013,and the following land economic research needs to develop theoretical studies to realize systematic interpretation of land policy,enrich empirical studies to promote structured design of land policy and better serve the land institution reform in the new era.In 2024,the research will focus on the basic theoretical research,institutional obstacles and reform paths of market-oriented land allocation,the land institution innovation for urban-rural integrated development,the path selection and evolution of property right reform of natural resources assets,the summary and assessment on the pilot programs of the principal-agent mechanism of state-owned natural resource assets,etc.
