Territorial Space Utilization and Planning for Chinese Modernization:Internal Demands and Innovation Paths—A Review Based on the"2023 China Land Science Forum"
The purpose of this paper is to sort out the internal demands and innovation paths of territorial space utilization and planning for Chinese modernization based on the views of the"2023 China Land Science Forum",to provide theoretical and practical reference for the territorial space governance for Chinese modernization.The methods of literature review and inductive deduction are employed.The results show that:1)Chinese modernization puts forward the internal demands of territorial space utilization and planning,such as taking the road of conservation and intensiveness,ensuring food security,coordinating fairness and efficiency,integrating economic,social and ecological benefits,prioritizing the ecological and green development,and adhering to the global vision.2)The utilization and planning of territorial space can be innovated by adhering to the new development concept,following the logical main line of factor-space-function-value,promoting the coordinated development of human-land relationship,and exploiting the supporting role of modern science and technology.With respect to territorial space utilization and planning for Chinese modernization,the research on the theory of territorial space utilization and planning based on the national conditions of China,and the relationship between human and land should be strengthened,and the research on comprehensive land consolidation under the guidance of systematic thinking should be comprehensively promoted.
