Transformation of Territorial Space Planning in the Era of Digital Ecological Civilization
The purpose of this study is to explore the trend and path of territorial space planning transformation in the era of digital ecological civilization,to provide reference for the territorial space planning governance.The research methods of theoretical analysis and logical reasoning are employed.The results show that:1)the evolution of spatial planning aligns with the progression of human civilization,and the agricultural,industrial,and ecological civilization stages correspond to the ideation,expansion,and transformation periods of spatial planning,respectively.2)The new era of territorial space planning in China has established a comprehensive framework consisting of the"five levels,three categories and four systems",defined three control lines,initiated the China Spatial Planning Observation Network(CSPON),and reconstructed the planning standard system.3)Characteristics of"digitization"and"greening"in the digital ecological civilization era drive the transformation of territorial space planning towards"digital intelligence"and"digital governance".4)To cope with the challenges of territorial space planning transformation towards"digital intelligence",efforts should be made to establish an institutional system of planning implementation,develop green and intelligent decision-making models for territorial space governance,and explore dual transformation paths based on the"Two Mountains Theory".In conclusion,empowering ecological civilization with digital technology continues to promote the territorial space planning into the intelligent era,and the transformation of"digital intelligence"and"digital governance"in territorial space planning has become an inevitable trend.
