Research on a Feasible Path of Capitalization of Rural Residential Land in the Context of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Huangshandian Village in Fangshan District,Beijing City
The purpose of this study is to explore a feasible path for the capitalization of rural residential land in the suburban integrated villages,to provide experience and reference for promoting rural residential land redevelopment in similar villages.The research methods include theoretical analysis and single case study.The results show that:1)the transition and reconstruction from production-function-orientation to multi-functional coordination have driven the process of capitalizing on rural residential land assets in the context of suburban village integration.2)A feasible path for the capitalization of rural residential land in the suburban integrated villages is to establish a complete mechanism for voluntary transfer through resettlement,compensation and management incentives to utilize rural residential land resources reasonably.3)The process of capitalization of rural residential land in the suburban integrated villages cannot be separated from the lead of the village collective,overall planning and collaborative support of multiple entities.In conclusion,a feasible path for the capitalization of rural residential land in the suburban integrated villages is to take it as an important resource factor of the village.Comprehensive integration and reconstruction of village resources to formalize the property rights of rural residential land facilitates a rational approach to centralized resettlement and withdrawal compensation to coordinate farmers to transfer their existing rural residential land voluntarily.While expanding the space for village production and ecological value transformation,the transformation of rural residential land from residential functions to operational functions is being redeveloped.
