Progress Review on Land Science Research in 2023 and Prospects for 2024:The Sub-report on Land Management
The purposes of this paper are to summarize and analyze the research progress in the field of land management at home and abroad in 2023,and to explore the research trend in the future.The research method is literature review.The results show that in 2023,the domestic research mainly focused on the application of attention allocation theory in land management,evolution of the nature reserve system,natural resource asset management,the extension of china's second round of rural land,agricultural land acquisition and transfers,the legal nature of principal-agent relation,cultivated land use control,the protection of the rights and interests of farmers in cities,the non-grain governance in the practice of urban and rural land management,the problem of rural residential land withdrawal and inefficient land redevelopment.The international level focused on the issues related to land distribution,land governance,land rights and land information management.In conclusion,the research on land management in 2023 adhered to the problem orientation and has made some progress in the operational logic and practical effects of the reform of land system,laws and regulations,but the innovation of the relevant basic theories and the systematic abstraction of the essential laws underlying the practical problems are still insufficient.In 2024,the following topics deserve more investigations,such as the innovation and application of the basic theory of land management,private rights protection and public rights boundary of land use control,the linked reform of the rural land system and integrated urban-rural development,the farmland protection and the legal protection of food security,as well as the improvement and application of urban and rural published land price system.
