Spatial-Temporal Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Territorial Space Use Efficiency of Resource-based Cities in the Yellow River Basin Based on the Dual Carbon Targets
The purposes of this paper are to construct a measurement system for the territorial space use efficiency in resource-based cities from the perspective of the dual carbon goals, and to analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics and influencing factors of various spatial efficiency, taking the Yellow River Basin as an example. The research methods of SBM model, non parametric kernel density estimation and Tobit model were employed. The research results show that:1)the comprehensive efficiency of territorial space green use in the study area shows a gentle growth trend, with different spatial types showing urban space>agricultural use>ecological use, different regions showing downstream area>midstream area>upstream area, and different urban types showing growing cities>recessionary cities>regenerative cities>mature cities.2)Cities with higher comprehensive efficiency levels are mostly concentrated in the midstream and downstream areas. The use efficiency of urban and ecological space in the midstream area is relatively high, while the use efficiency of agricultural space in the downstream area is relatively high.3)Natural geographical factors and economic and social factors jointly affect the territorial space use efficiency in resource-based cities. It is concluded that the relationship between mineral resource development and green and low-carbon development should be scientifically coordinated, the territorial space use control system should be strictly implemented, the territorial space governance should be carried out according to local conditions in resource-based cities, and the development stage of resource-based cities should be effectively considered to systematically plan the path of transition and development.
