Mode Selection of Rural Residential Land Redevelopment in National Park Linkage Development Areas:From the Perspective of Interest Heterogeneity
The purposes of this study are to compare the characteristics of two typical villages in the Baishanzu National Park Linkage Development Area and to discern the impact of economic interest heterogeneity and social interest heterogeneity on the selection between self-organized mode and government-enterprise cooperation mode of rural residential land redevelopment from the perspective of interest heterogeneity,to provide the scientific reference for context-specific mode selection of rural residential land redevelopment in national park linkage development areas. The research methods of case analysis and comparative analysis are used. The research results show that:1)the selective incentive caused by interest heterogeneity fosters collective action of rural residential land redevelopment.2)Village characteristics of resource endowment, group size and migration affect interest heterogeneity.Villages with better resource endowment, smaller group size and less frequent migration have stronger economic interest heterogeneity and social interest heterogeneity.Villages with better resource endowment, larger group size and more frequent migration have stronger economic interest heterogeneity but weaker social interest heterogeneity.3)Villages with strong socioeconomic interest heterogeneity are more likely to adopt a self-organized mode to redevelop rural residential land, while villages with strong economic interest heterogeneity but weak social interest heterogeneity are suitable for government-enterprise cooperation mode.In conclusion, interest heterogeneity is a key factor for the mode selection of rural residential land redevelopment in national park linkage development areas.Strong economic interest heterogeneity is usually insufficient to foster collective action, and thereby, the capability of social interest heterogeneity that internally motivates rural households needs to be exploited, better implementing the national park development concept of co-construction and sharing.
