Synergistic Promotion of Diversified Food Supply and Cultivated Land Protection from an Integrated Food Security Perspective:Logics,Mechanisms and Pathways
The purpose of this study is to interpret the logical mechanism and path of synergistic promotion of diversified food supply and cultivated land protection from an integrated food security perspective,to improve a new idea for solving the problem of food security in the new era.The research methods include theoretical analysis and induction and deduction.The research results show that:1)the synergistic promotion of diversified food supply and cultivated land protection from an integrated food security perspective is the essential requirement for the strategic transformation of food security in the new era,and the core requirement for the construction of national ecological civilization.Meanwhile,this synergistic promotion is the necessary path for the modernization of Chinese style agriculture,and the inevitable choice to cope with the complex global situation.2)The synergistic promotion of diversified food supply and cultivated land protection has theoretical homology,fundamental goal consistency,core value identity and practical process linkage.3)The cultivated land protection in the new era must pay attention to the balanced spatial allocation of all elements across the entire region,including mountain,water,forest,lake,grassland and sand.Factor restructuring,spatial reconstruction and industrial reshaping are the interactive mechanisms that promote the synergy between diversified food supply and cultivated land protection from an integrated food security perspective.4)In the future,it is vital to implement the synergistic promotion of diversified food supply and cultivated land protection from the perspectives of dual-wheel-drive policy system,transformation of cultivated land use,diversification of food consumption structure and innovative entire industry chain utilization mode,which are of great significance for promoting sustainable agricultural development and food system transformation.In conclusion,from an integrated food security perspective,the synergistic promotion of diversified food supply and cultivated land protection can ensure national food security in the new era,and has important guiding significance for the transformation and institutional innovation of cultivated land protection.
