Research on Ecological Product Value Realization Modes and the Suitability Evaluation:A Case Study of 314 Cities in China
The purposes of this study are to construct a logical framework,to conduct suitability evaluation,and to form zoning guidelines for the ecological product value realization.The research methods include logical analysis,D-W four quadrant model,comprehensive index approach and SOFM network analysis.The research results show that:1)the connotation of the ecological product value realization is based on the"objective value"of ecological products to achieve the"subjective value"of ecological products through"market value"means.2)The ecological product value realization modes can be divided into eight categories,namely ecological agriculture,ecological industry,ecological tourism,ecological product value accounting,horizontal ecological protection compensation,ecological quota trading,vertical ecological protection compensation,comprehensive land improvement and ecological protection and restoration,to increase ecological supply and premium appreciation.These modes have different levels of suitability due to regional differences.3)The suitability evaluation results of ecological product value realization modes divide the study area into six types of cities:ecological industry exploration type under vertical compensation,ecological agriculture and tourism horizontal compensation type,quota trading type,ecological industrial quota trading type,ecological industrial horizontal compensation type,and ecological development and comprehensive market development type.4)The ecological product value realization in various types of cities in China conform to the comprehensive zoning development pattern of"one area,three panels and two points with comprehensive coverage".In conclusion,the suitability evaluation and zoning guidelines are of great significance to implementing ecological product value realization,and the evaluation method provides methodological support for the differentiated institutional design of ecological product value realization.
