The purposes of this study are to clarify the current demand for talent cultivation in territorial space planning under the background of digital ecological civilization.In addition,based on the international experience,historical evolution,and current situation of talent cultivation in territorial space planning,this study proposes the main ideas and implementation paths for cultivating"new quality talents"in future territorial space planning.It provides theoretical support and practical experience for the talent cultivation of territorial spatial planning in the era of new quality productivity.The research methods include literature review and systematic analysis.The result shows that:1)under the background of digital ecological civilization,there is an urgent need to build a disciplinary construction system for goal reshaping,content reconstruction and model reconstruction in territorial space planning,as well as a talent training system for knowledge integration,integration of general and specialized fields,and integration of theory and practice.2)The current international discipline system and talent cultivation of territorial space planning have interdisciplinary characteristic and emphasis on practice,meeting the needs of society,system integration and staggered development.3)The planning discipline in our country has gone through five stages,i.e.,the inheritance of ancient planning knowledge,the introduction of modern urban-rural planning,the establishment of modern planning discipline,the development of modern planning discipline,and the innovation of modern planning discipline.In conclusion,the integrated model of science-education innovation follows five logical principles,i.e.,the practical logic of closely implanted ecological civilization,the supporting logic of highly coordinated spatial governance,the historical logic of deeply integrated spiritual inheritance,the underlying logic of system coupling human-land relationship,and the development logic of continuous disruptive technological change.The integrated model of science-education innovation has five essential features,i.e.,professional integration with deep collaboration as the prominent feature,inter school integration with complementary advantages as the prominent feature,urban-education integration with two-way travel as the prominent feature,industry-education integration with demand orientation as the prominent feature,and science-education integration with innovation empowerment as the prominent feature.The implementation path of the science-education innovation complex model for cultivating"new quality talents"in territorial space planning is proposed based on"strategic guidance,interdisciplinary convergence,resource collaboration and mechanism innovation".
