The purpose of this study is to explore the theoretical understanding and methods of value realization of natural resource assets,taking the analysis of the relationship between human and nature as its starting point.The research methods include induction and deduction,and empirical analysis.The research results show that:1)nature resources exist objectively and follow objective laws.To capture the relationship between human and nature correctly,it is necessary to distinguish between human perspective and natural perspective.2)The construction of ecological civilization requires a correct re-examination of the relationship between human and nature.The value cognition of natural resource assets is based on the objective law of natural resources.The economic value and ecological value of natural resource assets are based on their production functions and ecological functions.Excessive capitalization of natural resource assets and their ecological products should be prevented.3)Based on the theoretical understanding and realization of natural resource asset value,the damage compensation of natural resource assets should be based on the loss of economic value and ecological value,and consider both human goals and natural laws,which should distinguish the rights and interests of owners and users.The market transactions and assessment of natural resource assets value and the value realization of ecological products can provide the basis for determining the standard of damage compensation.In conclusion,in the objective existence of nature,human understanding and behavior are limited,human development and utilization of natural resources must follow the objective law.The value realization of natural resource assets should adhere to the intrinsic relationship between human and nature,with accelerating the construction of ecological civilization as the fundamental goals,and comprehensively consider the natural,economic and public attributes of natural resources.
