摘要
新时代科普承担着全面服务中国式现代化建设的历史使命.当前,科普内涵由"知识补课"向"价值引领"转变,强调大力弘扬科学精神和科学家精神;科普理念由"教化式灌输"向"融入式服务"转变,旨在提高人的科学素质,促进人的全面发展;科普手段由传统方式向信息化方式转变,应用智能化信息技术开展科技传播成为新常态;科普机制由单一政府主导向多元主体参与转变,着力构建"大科普"格局.调研发现科普高质量发展在观念和实践层面均面临重大挑战,因此建议从完善顶层设计、强化科普的价值引领功能、激发科研工作者投身科普、构建中国式科学教育新体系大格局、加强开放合作等方面推进科普事业高质量发展,从而服务中国式现代化建设.
Abstract
Science popularization in the new era undertakes the historical mission of fully serving Chinese Mod-ernization.At present,the connotation of science popularization has changed from"knowledge supplement"to"value guidance",emphasizing the vigorous promotion of scientific spirit and scientist spirit;The concept of science popularization has changed from"indoctrination"to"integrated service",aiming at improving people's scientific quality and promoting people's all-round development;The means of science popularization has changed from tradi-tional methods to information ones,and the application of intelligent information technology to carry out science and technology dissemination has become the new normal;The science popularization mechanism has been transformed from a single government-leading mechanism to multi-subject participation,and efforts have been made to build a"large-scale science popularization"pattern.The survey found that the high-quality development of science popu-larization faces major challenges in both concept and practice.Therefore,it is suggested to promote the high-quali-ty development of science popularization from the aspects of improving the top-level design,strengthening the value-leading function of science popularization,inspiring scientific researchers to be devoted to science popularization,building a new system pattern of Chinese science education,and strengthening open-up and cooperation,so as to serve Chinese Modernization.
