Investigation Report on"The Integration of Production and Education to Enable High-quality Development of Modern Agriculture"
The integration of agricultural production and education is an important deployment for the Party and the state to train application-oriented and high-quality talents needed for rural revitalization and modern agriculture development.Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee of the China Zhigong Party has long paid close attention to the cause of agriculture and rural areas.From June to August in 2023,a special research group was set up to pro-mote the high-quality development of the integration of agricultural production and education,and the group went to Guizhou,Hunan,Shaanxi and other places to carry out research and on-the-spot understanding of the progress and problems of the integration of agricultural production and education.At the same time,it also commissioned some grass-roots organizations to carry out research on the integration of education in their real estate.Based on the research,the following suggestions are put forward:first,we need to strengthen top-level design and increase poli-cy support;second,we should improve the working mechanism and strengthen the system guarantee;the third is to strengthen the construction of agricultural education,establish a lifelong education mechanism for individual agri-culture,and carry out diversified precision education;the fourth is to establish a new mechanism of"tripartite link-age"for the integration of agricultural production and education,and extensively attract social forces to participate in running schools;fifth,we need to vigorously promote the spirit of"agricultural artisans"and the concept of"skills achieve life",and build a solid social foundation for the integration of agricultural production and education.
