After the overall victory in the battle against poverty,how to consolidate and expand the achieve-ments in poverty alleviation to ensure that there is no large-scale return to poverty;At the same time,how to play the role of"Issues Related to Agriculture,Rural Areas,and Farmers"in investment,consumption and the con-struction of a unified domestic market,and actively participate in"speeding up fostering a new development pattern where domestic and foreign markets can boost each other,with the domestic market as the mainstay".Combined with typical cases,the new changes and achievements in the development of China's agricultural and rural economy in recent years were analyzed,development experience was summarized,and suggestions and strategies for impro-ving the quality of rural economy in the future were put forward in the face of new problems:first,we should adhere to the overall planning of the whole region and lead the differentiated development of agricultural industry;then we need to promote people-centered urban-rural integration through infrastructure equalization;third,we can increase funding for agricultural science and technology and for farmer education and training;and we should innovate and develop cooperation organizations to build socialized agricultural services;and we need to strengthen legal support for agricultural and rural development;we should excavate traditional culture to create new rural civilization;we need to participate in the smooth domestic cycle;at last,we can conduct agricultural exchanges and cooperation with foreign countries.
