夯实"双碳"新基建,构建数字经济下的我国新能源体系

摘要
数字化时代下,数据中心、5G建设等新基建强劲发展,随之而来的高耗能问题也日益凸显.作为支撑未来经济社会发展的战略资源和公共基础设施,如何推动新型基础设施绿色高质量发展成为了重点关注问题.该文基于"碳达峰碳中和"目标和新基建的时代背景,提出以数字技术为基础构建我国新能源体系,助推"双碳"目标实现和新基建建设,通过政府、企业、消费者三方合力,构建数字经济下的新能源体系.
Abstract
In the digital era,new infrastructures such as data centers and 5G construction are developing strongly,and the accompanying problem of high energy consumption is also becoming more and more prominent.As a strategic resource and public infrastructure to support future economic and social development,how to promote the green and high-quality development of new infrastructure has become a key concern.Based on the goal of"car-bon peak and carbon neutral"and the background of new infrastructure,it is proposed to build China's new energy system based on digital technology to help realize the goal of"dual-carbon"and the construction of new infrastruc-ture,and to build a new energy system under the digital economy through the tripartite cooperation among the gov-ernment,enterprises and consumers.The new energy system under digital economy will be constructed through the tripartite cooperation of government,enterprises and consumers.
