Research Report of Central Committee of China Zhigong Party on"Implementing the Upgrading Strategy of the Free Trade Zone and Promoting a High-level Opening-up"
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed"implementing the Upgrading Strategy of the Free Trade Zone".The research found that the construction of the free trade zone has achieved remarkable results,but some improvements are still needed in systematic system innovation,differentiated development and linkage innovation,bench-marking international high-standard economic and trade rules,and law-based construction of business environment.To this end,it is suggested to carry out in-depth institutional in-novation and build a solid foundation for high-level opening-up;We also should strengthen synergies and synergies to enhance the vitality of opening-up at a high level.We need to carry out differentiated exploration to stimulate the impetus of high-level opening-up,align international economic and trade rules with high standards and form a new pattern of high-level opening up.We should continue to improve the business environment and create new heights of high-level opening-up.
