摘要
促进生产要素的自由流动是经济高质量发展的内在要求,也是畅通国内大循环的关键.目前,江苏省的产业体系、基础设施、制度体系、区域合作情况等为要素流动提供了良好的基础和便利的条件.但是在数据、资金、劳动力和技术要素的流动中仍存在着不少的堵点和断点.为此,需要进一步加大改革力度,针对不同要素流动中面临的现实困境,采取有针对性的举措,推动各类要素的自由流动.
Abstract
Promoting the flows of production factors is an inherent requirement for high-quality economic de-velopment,and is also the key to smooth the domestic circulation.At present,the industrial system,infrastruc-ture,institutional system and regional cooperation of Jiangsu Province provide a good foundation and convenient conditions for the flows of factors.However,there are still many blockages and breakpoints in the flows of data,capital,labor and technology factors.To this end,it is necessary to further strengthen reform efforts,take targeted measures to promote the free flow of various factors in view of the realistic difficulties faced in the flows of different factors.
