The construction of national cultural parks is an important symbol of China's national culture in the new era,a public cultural carrier that promotes the prosperity and development of culture in the new era,and a ma-jor cultural project related to the construction of a cultural power and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.For the high-quality construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park,it is recommended to strengthen planning guidance,innovate institutional mechanisms,establish high-end think tanks,formulate construction guidelines,create cultural and tourism IPs,tell the story of the Yangtze River well,i.e."protect,inherit,and promote the Yangtze River culture well".Specifically,we should revitalize the cultural resources of the Yangtze River,implement project construction in an orderly manner,and promote the construction of the Yangtze River Na-tional Cultural Park in coordination with urban construction,rural revitalization,heritage protection,cultural and tourism improvement and efficiency,public cultural construction,and cultural and creative industry development,injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
