In the new stage of China's economic development,building a national unified market is a key meas-ure to achieve high-quality development and an important way to optimize and upgrade the economic structure.In March 2022,the State Council made clear the overall goal and direction of the construction of a national unified market,and further detailed the promotion measures and specific tasks in May 2023.Hunan Province has attached great importance to this,and held a conference to accurately deploy the constructionwork,adhering to the establish-ment of simultaneous and classified policies,adopting a series of policy measuresaiming at deepening the reform of the market system,optimize the market environment,so as to ensure that all policies take root,strive to improve the level of market integration in the province,and solidly promote the construction of the national unified market.Focusing on issues such as addressing obstacles in the construction of a national unified market,the research group conducted researches in Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission,Hunan Provincial Market Super-vision and Administration Bureau and Hunan Provincial Anti-monopoly Bureau to understand the problems encoun-tered by Hunan Province in the process of promoting the construction of a national unified market and their causes,and put forward a series of practical countermeasures and suggestions in response to these problems.
