The strategy of large-scale development and opening up of the western regions is the first chess in accelerating the construction of a national unified market,and it is also the winning chess.It is not only of epochal significance for reversing the long-term development status of China's regional economy,which is"strong in the east and weak in the west",but also conducive to forming a regional coordinated development strategy that keeps pace with The Times.As a strategic artery and"outlet to the sea"of the new land-sea passage in the west,Guan-gxi and other border provinces are key members of great opening up to promote great development in the western re-gion under the in-depth implementation of the RCEP strategy.How to make good use of the land and sea border lo-cation of Guangxi,further open up the circulation system obstacles of the ASEAN market,make up for domestic de-mand by expanding exports,and explore and stimulate the domestic circulation have become major strategic consid-eration for our country to"promote the formation of a new pattern of opening-up at a higher level".This paper pro-poses to take"Guangxi Serving the Construction of China-Asean Economic and Trade Community of Common Des-tiny"as a paradigm sample for a new round of reform and opening up,and start one by one from the aspects of in-stitutional arrangement,policy supply,promotion mechanism and factor allocation,so as to build Guangxi into a western magnetic field that drives China-Asean economic and trade cooperation,and enhance the industrial attrac-tion and economic and trade strength of the border regions from point to another.We will further expand the divi-dends of high-level opening up from the border regions to the inland hinterland.
