Practice and Optimization Path of Promoting Fair Competition in Shenzhen under the Background of Constructing of a National Unified Market
In order to accelerate the construction of a national unified market,especially to create a fair-com-petition environment,our state has made arrangements to promote fair and unified market supervision and regulate improper competition and interference.Indeed,as a pilot demonstration zone,Shenzhen has actively carried out practice on promoting fair competition in recent years,and has achieved certain results from five aspects.However,in the face of the new relevant requirements put forward by the state,Shenzhen still needs to continuously optimize the relevant work,and should continue to use the key methods of fair competition and review to promote the prob-lem of policy"clearing stock"and"controlling the increase"in two prongs.At the same time,Shenzhen also should use technology empowerment to address the regulatory challenges brought by new industries,new formats and new models.
