摘要

铁路地质灾害防控是铁路安全保障工作的重中之重.在深入分析铁路地质灾害防控主要影响因素的基础上,总结铁路地质灾害防控面临的四大挑战:高海拔高山峡谷区地质勘察难度大、地质灾害准确识别评估难度大、地质灾害精准监测预警难度大、复杂大型地质灾害防治难度大,提出强化地质勘察深度、开展地质灾害识别评估、积极应用监测预警新技术、不断创新地质灾害防治技术、加强地质灾害风险管控等5项防控对策,并分析铁路地质灾害防治的发展方向,为确保铁路行车安全、推动铁路高质量发展奠定坚实基础.

Abstract

Prevention and control of railway geological disasters is the top priority in railway safety guarantee.Based on in-depth analysis of the main influencing factors for prevention and control of railway geological disasters,this paper summarizes the four major challenges faced by prevention and control of railway geological disasters,namely,geological exploration in high-altitude mountainous and canyon areas,accurate identification and evaluation of geological hazards,precise monitoring and early warning of geological hazards,and prevention and control of complex and large-scale geological hazard.Accordingly,the paper puts forward five prevention and control countermeasures such as strengthening the depth of geological investigation,carrying out geological disaster identification and assessment,actively applying new monitoring and early warning technologies,continuously innovating geological disaster prevention and control technology,and strengthening geological disaster risk management and control,and analyzes the development direction of prevention and control of railway geological disasters,laying a solid foundation for ensuring railway traffic safety and promoting high-quality railway development.
