摘要

无交叉线岔是高速铁路接触网的关键设备,是受电弓在正、侧线之间转换的纽带,受电弓运行安全对弓网匹配提出了较高要求.贵广铁路实施提质达标改造施工,运行速度从现有250 km/h提高到300 km/h,重点对接触网18号无交叉线岔"小拉出值"布置改为"大拉出值"布置的改造项目进行论述.对2种布置方式的18号无交叉线岔结构、线岔与道岔的空间位置、弓网过渡匹配等进行分析,围绕既有高铁接触网施工安全和设备运行安全,从施工方案、施工准备、施工重难点控制等方面,归纳既有高铁接触网18号无交叉线岔提速改造中的重难点问题及其控制方案,可为类似改造项目提供参考.

Abstract

As the key equipment of high speed railway OCS,tangential point wiring is the link for pantograph transition between the main track and the side track,whose safe operation has stringent requirements for pantograph-catenary matching.After the improvement construction of the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway was completed,the operating speed was raised from 250 km/h to 300 km/h.This paper mainly elaborates on the improvement project of changing the"small stagger"layout into the"large stagger"layout for the No.18 tangential point wiring of OCS.The structure of No.18 tangential point wiring,the spatial position of point wiring and turnout,the pantograph-catenary transition matching,etc.,in the two layouts are analyzed.Focusing on the construction safety and equipment operation safety of existing high speed railway OCS,the key and difficult issues in the speed-upgrade improvement of No.18 tangential point wiring of existing high speed railway OCS and their control schemes were summarized from construction scheme,construction preparation,and control of key and difficult issues in construction,providing a reference for similar improvement projects.
